Tiffany Rogers, MA, LPC, NCC

Tiffany Rogers, ( Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, EMDR-trained) is an anxiety therapist in Chicago who worked in public relations and corporate communications for nearly 10 years before changing careers and pursuing mental health counseling. Since her career change, she has worked as a clinician in various settings including community mental health, private practice, and residential treatment.  

As a therapist, she values presence, connection, authenticity, and vulnerability. She approaches her work from a relational-psychodynamic perspective and works collaboratively with clients to explore their life experiences, relationship patterns, and emotions. She believes we all deserve a safe space to heal and the experience of being seen, heard, accepted, and supported.

Because of her own experience, she has found a natural niche in working with professionals struggling with chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, and perfectionism as well as clients who feel stuck, unfulfilled, and unhappyin their lives and relationships. She works collaboratively with clients to overcome the pain of past experiences, and cultivate healthy relationships.

Tiffany helps her clients to cut through the noise of their busy lives and find what really matters to them so that they can live authentically and in alignment with their values. She encourages clients to develop self-compassion and make space to understand and care for themselves.
