Brikena Gjylameti, M.A., Clinical Psychologist is a dedicated therapist specializing in anxiety and depression, with a strong trauma-focused approach. She is currently pursuing certification in Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy. With almost a decade of clinical experience, Brikena provides individual therapy exclusively for adults, supporting clients through trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and identity-related concerns.
Her approach is person-centered and evidence-informed, emphasizing how early life experiences shape emotional patterns, interpersonal relationships, and self-perception.
